- Ensure that you have a completed and up-to-date Artist Proposal Form on file. Incomplete submissions may not be considered.

- Please refrain from calling, visiting, or mailing proposals to the gallery. All submissions should be submitted through the designated online platform.
3. Follow-Up:
- Avoid follow-up calls or visits to the gallery regarding your proposal. The gallery will contact you directly if further information or clarification is needed.
4. Submission Acknowledgment:
- Submission of the Artist Proposal Form acknowledges your understanding and acceptance of these guidelines.
5. Gallery Contact:
- If the gallery is interested in collaborating with you, we will initiate contact. Please be patient, as our team carefully reviews all submissions.
